About ReviewPostie
ReviewPostie helps UK sole traders and small local firms ask for Google reviews when a job's done.
When you finish the work, you send the customer a short message with your Google review link. You can send it by WhatsApp or from your own phone, or as a Postie Text, which is a paid text sent through ReviewPostie. For walk-up customers, you can put a QR code on your van, your till or a card.
Why we built it
It's easy to do a good job and then forget to ask for a review. Some trades collect reviews on a directory instead, but those don't help them on Google. ReviewPostie makes asking for a Google review quick, so it actually gets done.
What it does
- Lets you send a review request by WhatsApp, from your own phone or as a Postie Text (paid text credits).
- Gives you a QR code for walk-up customers.
- Can send requests automatically when an invoice is paid in Xero, FreeAgent or QuickBooks Online.
- Shows who you've asked and when your link was opened. An opened link doesn't mean a review was posted.
- Sends everyone straight to your Google review form. We don't filter out unhappy customers.
Pricing
It's £29 a month. The 14-day free trial includes 20 requests, and you don't need a card to start. The paid plan includes unlimited WhatsApp and own-phone requests, plus 200 Postie Text credits a month.
