Do customers need an app?
No. They get a link to your Google review page. Google may ask them to sign in to leave a review.
Do I need QuickBooks or Xero?
No. Manual WhatsApp, own-phone and QR work without accounting. Connect only if you want automation after paid invoices.
Is this different for electricians than other trades?
